Are your products formulated for all skin types?

Our products are formulated to be compatible with all skin types. However, since everyone's skin is unique and sensitivity can vary based on various factors, we advise consulting with a skincare professional or doctor if you have any specific concerns.

Will the cleansing balm clog pores?

Cleansing Balms are designed to be non-comedogenic and minimize the chances of clogging pores. Our Melt Away Butter has ingredients that dissolve impurities and are easily rinsed off. The formulas are gentle, non-irritating, and typically contain non-comedogenic ingredients to reduce the risk of pore congestion. However, individual reactions may vary, so patch testing or consulting with a skincare professional is recommended if you have specific concerns.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Our products have a shelf life of 6 months when opened, and 26 months when unopened.

Are your products safe for me to use while I am pregnant or nursing?

Yes absolutely!

How do I store my products?

We recommend keeping your products out of direct sunlight and storing between 15°C ~25°C  (59°F ~79°F) temperature.

Is your product packaging recyclable?

Certainly! Indeed, we are dedicated to exploring sustainable packaging alternatives that can effectively minimize our environmental impact.

Yoonique products are crafted in New York and produced in South Korea, allowing us to infuse the brand with our personal heritage.


Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on all US orders of $90 or more (excluding taxes). For any orders under $90, standard shipping costs apply.

Do you ship Internationally?

We do not ship internationally at this time.

When will my order ship?

All orders will ship within 48 hours of your purchase. Orders placed after 2pm EST Saturday up to 12am EST Sunday will be shipped the next business day. Holiday shipping may vary. 

How can I track my order status?

Can I cancel/adjust my order?

As we work hard to process your orders as soon as possible, we understand unexpected changes may come up. There may be time to cancel or adjust your order. Please email us at as soon as possible with “Cancellation” or “Adjustment” with your full name and order number. If we will try our best to accommodate your request.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover), Paypal, Amazon Pay, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

When will my payment be taken from my account?

Payment will be taken as soon as the order has been placed and confirmed.

How do I apply my promo code?

Promo codes may be applied during checkout. Please kindly note that promo codes are for one time use only. If you’ve used the 10% off promo on your first order, you may not apply that code in your future orders.

Return Policy And Press Inquiry

What is your return policy?

We stand by our customer’s satisfaction. We have a 20-day return policy from your receipt date. Your returned items must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition. 


If the unopened item(s) are sent without notifying us beforehand, we cannot issue a refund. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and let you know whether your item is eligible for a refund.

If your return is approved, we will promptly issue a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Please allow us 7 business days to proceed with your refund.

What happens if the package was lost/damaged/stolen during transit?
